TMJD Massage

This session includes detailed focus on the head, face, neck, and shoulders utilizing gentle techniques intended to alleviate pain and tension. Cupping massage and intraoral treatments are included in this service if desired/indicated. Also available as a 75 or 90 minute session ($125/150). 

*A prescription for generalized treatment is encouraged but not required to receive treatment  

**A prescription for treatment from a DDS, MD, DO, or DC is REQUIRED for ANY amount of intraoral work.**

Upper Body Massage

This hour-long session focuses on the neck, arms, shoulders, and back (upper body-from the hips to the head). Includes face and scalp massage if desired. Also available as a 75 or 90 minute session ($125/150).

-Head and neck pain including headaches

-Arm and hand pain including carpal tunnel

-Shoulder pain and dysfunction

The Seraphim Session

This luxurious session focuses on reflex and nerve rich areas of the face, hands and feet for an incredibly relaxing and therapeutic effect. The face massage is performed with organic rose hip seed oil. Scalp massage included if desired. Also available as a 75 or 90 minute session ($125/150). 

Zone therapy has the ability to impact all areas of the body via reflexology and neuromodulation. Experience a full body therapeutic effect without full body contact. Pamper yourself and your nervous system.

Cupping Massage

This session includes the use of glass and/or silicon massage cups. Cupping techniques will vary based on client needs and goals. In general, I tend to cup with therapeutic intention and attention to detail that limits bruising while maximizing myofascial release. This approach is known as dynamic slide cupping. Also available as a 75, 90, or 120 minute session ($125/150/200).

Full Body Massage

My signature full body treatment. This service is 60 minutes of therapeutic massage that includes the feet of desired. Also available as a 75, 90, or 120 minute session ($125/150/200).

Coaching The Body Session

Coaching the Body is a form of clinical Thai bodywork that enables trigger point release and movement repatterning through tool assisted neuromuscular therapy.
 

Clients will be assessed for shoulder dysfunction and appropriately treated with the Muscle Liberator tool, a powerful massage gun designed to distract the nervous system and release muscular tension quickly and efficiently. CTB also involves contract-relax releases (MET) and intentional stretches that can reset scapular positioning and tracking in 1to 3 sessions.
